A lovely big old heritage home tastefully furnished to complement its coastal location. We are just around the corner from Stanley’s charming historical main street where you’ll find a selection of shops & eateries.
It’s also a nice short walk to the stunning Godfrey’s Beach and the Stanley Nut Reserve – home to a chairlift, thousands of mutton birds and hundreds of penguins and wallabies.

Boasting panoramic views over Stanley, The Nut, surrounding beaches and Rocky Cape National Park, this substantial two-bedroom, two bathroom villa features a spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with balconies spread over two levels.
The property is available either as a one-bedroom configuration or as the full the two bedroom villa. This layout makes this villa perfect for a couple, two couples or a family with up to two children.

Cosy country style cottages close to Stanley & in Smithton
Choose from collection of charming country style cottages in a stunning garden setting at Sedgy Creek half way between Stanley and Smithton, or a cottage or modern town house in Smithton – 20 minutes drive to the west of Stanley.
All offerings feature a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, ensuite and two bedrooms apart from “Rosebud” which is a cute studio layout featuring a large corner spa bath and kitchenette.
